Model Apartment House Rules

Cleanliness and Organisation

• Keep all areas clean and tidy after use.

• You are responsible for keeping your own dishes and the kitchen clean on a daily basis.

Guests

• No guests are allowed without prior agency approval.

• Opposite-sex guests are strictly not allowed unless confirmed by the agency.

• Unapproved visitors are a serious violation and may result in immediate eviction.

Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Please respect others who may be sleeping, working early, or resting.

Maintenance Issues

• Report any maintenance problems immediately to your agency contact.

Cleaning Service

• Cleaning lady comes once per week.

• She will only clean your bedroom if you are present and you ask her to do so (for safety reasons).

Damages

• Any damage must be reported to the agency right away.

• If damage is forceful or clearly caused by a specific person, you must inform the agency who did it.

• If no one takes responsibility, the cost will be split among all models living in the apartment.

Compliance and Conduct

• Respect the property, your roommates, and the agency guidelines.

• You will receive one warning only for rule violations.

• Continued issues, disrespect, or failure to follow the rules will result in eviction without refund.
