Refund Policy for Models

To ensure an easy and transparent refund process for everyone, the following policy outlines how transportation and beauty-related expenses are managed and reimbursed. This helps save time and reduce communication delays, especially during busy shooting periods.

Transportation (Uber Rides)

During high season or when requested by the agency, models may be asked to book their own Uber rides to and from shoots.

  • Only SaverX rides are eligible for refund.

  • Refunds are issued every Sunday and Wednesday of the week and delivered to the model’s apartment.

If the model is not present at the prior communicated time, the refund will be left with their roommate.

Beauty & Salon Appointments

Clients may request specific hair or nail designs for their shoots. In such cases, the model is expected to complete the required salon service before the shoot to ensure they meet the client's brief.

The booker will communicate an average budget for the required service, based on the client’s request and the nature of the shoot. Models should confirm with their booker before proceeding with any appointment to ensure the cost aligns with the agreed budget.

Steps to File for Refund

  1. Complete the Refund Form Link

  2. Fill in shooting reference (provided to you by the booker)

  3. Attach a screenshot of the Uber or salon receipt showing:

  • Date of service

  • Pickup and drop-off locations (for rides)

  • Total amount paid

Important Note

Model needs to submit the form no later than 2:00 PM on the day before the scheduled refund day (Sunday or Wednesday). Requests submitted after this deadline will be moved to the next refund day.

Ensure screenshots are clear and complete.

In the event that the model does not have a Gmail account, they may use their roommate’s account to complete the process.

Please note that refunds cannot be processed if the above steps are not followed correctly. Missing information or ineligible rides will result in delayed or denied reimbursement.
