Exclusive Freelancers

Overview

We recently have received multiple requests from independent/freelance talents to join our agency. We have decided to write the requirements for which we can accept working with such talents. The main objective is to give independent/Freelance talents the ability to work directly with brands and get further exposure via our agency.

Terms

We carefully select the talents that we will be representing and we also added firm terms to ensure fairness between the agency and the talents. Please find the terms below:

Exclusivity

Talent is allowed can work directly with brands and our agency only. They are not allowed to be represented by any other competitive talent or any form of agency in the market.

Working with other agencies, agents, etc. is prohibited and it will create a direct termination of the agreement between both parties.

Prices To Direct Brands

Pricing of all talent services (aka Shoots) must be coherent/same between the talent and agency. In case a brand asks the talent or the agency for the price there should not be any price difference.

To ensure that, it is important and obligatory for the talent to contact the agency via WhatsApp and inform them of the current market price whenever they receive a request from any brand.

Working with Other Agencies

Directly working with other competitive agencies is prohibited and it will cause to Termination Clause below. In case of competitive agency is asking for a job. We will contact the competitive agency and make sure to align on that service.

Payment

Payments for all completed jobs, including those from the previous month not paid, will be made monthly on the 7th.

Responsibility of the Talent

  1. Acceptance in case of booking request, multiple refusals to work will result in Termination Clause below

  2. All talents represented by the agency must have @seemosocial on their social media platform

Termination

Breach of the above terms threatens termination of agreement. Termination will have the following consequences:

  1. Cancelation of all balance due to the talent

  2. Cancelation of any future shoots

  3. Delisting from the agency website

  4. Blacklisting the model in all official mother agency communication

Frist touch

In cases when the brand/client has contacted both sides (the talent and agency). To resolve this issue, we will conduct a straightforward comparison of dates.

Client Exclusivity

During the exclusivity period the talent will under no condition not work with the client/brand provided by the agency. The exclusivity is valid for 12 months post-cancelation or termination.

Cancellation

To cancel the contract, the talent must send a waiver letter to the agency's email address. After cancellation, the agency keeps its exclusive clients for 12 months. Payment for the last period of cooperation will be made within three months after the contract ends. The talent is required to finish all work that has been confirmed.
